Case Study: Turning Complexity Into Clear Value
STREAM had a cutting-edge product: SimOpti. It could simulate mining site operations to an impressive degree of accuracy, enabling operators to streamline their site safely and effectively.
Unfortunately, the highly technical nature of this product made it a challenging pitch to customers.
Scriptorium helped design a plain-language, highly visual presentation template for the product, using infographics to demonstrate the different types of simulation technologies at play. We used a narrative format with scenarios that mine site operators could relate to, showing how various elements of the simulator revealed areas for improvement on the site. Isometric-style illustrations maintained a technical look and emphasized clarity.
After we completed the presentation template, STREAM asked us to repurpose these graphics for their website and design a digital company brochure. The brochure offered a closer look at the experience STREAM provides to customers when integrating their product.
